लीडर (नेता) और आम व्यक्ति के बीच सबसे बड़ा अंतर होता है — सपना देखने और उसे साकार करने की योजना बनाना। एक सच्चा लीडर केवल भीड़ का हिस्सा नहीं होता, बल्कि वह दिशा देने वाला होता है। और यही दिशा तय होती है उसके सपनों (Dreams) और लक्ष्यों (Goals) से।
1. सपना ही पहला कदम है
हर बड़ी सफलता की शुरुआत एक छोटे से सपने से होती है। जब कोई व्यक्ति अपने जीवन को बेहतर बनाने, दूसरों के जीवन को छूने और समाज में कुछ विशेष करने का सपना देखता है, तभी वह लीडर बनने की दिशा में पहला कदम बढ़ाता है। बिना सपने के व्यक्ति ऐसे ही है जैसे बिना नक्शे का यात्री।
