Amway plan English

First of all, let me thanks my Host for the great introduction. I am very very thankful and blessed to have such a great intro.
Let me tell you my story about why I started Amway business. I was initially very very reluctant, hesitant, and unwilling to build this business.
Initially, I thought this business is about chasing people, running after people. And at the end, I have to close this business. I was already pre-occupied with my work and I had no time to waste running after people.

Then I came across a word called an entrepreneur. Who is an entrepreneur?  
I came to know the opposite of an employee is an entrepreneur. 
Employee consumes job, entrepreneurs produce a job. 
Entrepreneurs create vacancies. They are independent people. This concept energized me. My world changed, with my ideas.

1. Why Amway business is so unique and different from other businesses?

Amway business model is so unique because it gives u the opportunity to become an entrepreneur with a very low investment, and can be adjusted in our daily routine because of its flexible time mode, and a very small decision of changing your buying habit and helping infinite number of people do the same. 
And there is a mentor and a mentorship program, which help u to create a team, maintain the team and further bring growth through time compounding of infinite number of people.
You build this business in a family environment. 
Other business model, is investment based.  No mentorship program.

Amway business model is a model where anybody on a part-time basis can make extra income or an additional income. Amway business is a global phenomenon. It is operational in more than 100 countries.

This is a business model of Earning and learning together . It is very very unique and special.

Students can work part-time on their personal growth and at the same time can have an income opportunity.
This business helps in developing a high self-image.
Amway business model is a private franchisee business.

2. What is a franchise concept? Why Network marketing is called a private franchisee model?

Franchisee business is based on the compounding of time and money. It is a wealth-creating model. If u have the sponsoring right, it is called the franchisee right.
You can make money and time, from OPT ( other people's time) OPM ( other people's money), OPE( other people's effort). This is very very special and unique.
U sell ur franchisee right to other business partners with fees and the business partner makes an active income and u make a passive income.
But your partner doesn't have the right to sell that franchise. 

If u sell 1000 franchises all over India and get 5% on their total sales, your total franchisee income becomes 5000%.
Is it amazing?
Yes, the franchise concept is a wealth creation model. The owner of the franchisee makes passive income, the portfolio income, he has money and time together. 
But the other partner makes an active income. He is trading time for money.

We have various examples of franchisee business model...Tata, Bata, Hyundai, etc etc. This is a corporate franchisee. It has a certain limitation.
You can sell the product in a limited area.
It has a high franchise fee.
The income has a limitation because the area has a limitation.

But Amway Business, is a private franchisee model, because you can sponsor as many people as you like, and sell Amway product to as many people as you like. 
There is no franchisee fee at all.

3. What is special about Amway Product? 

Amway products are natural, hygienic, and chemical-free. They don't have any kind of side effects on our body and any kind of side effects in nature.
They are economical, the best value for our money. They appear to be costly but are very very economical when we calculate the price on a monthly basis or daily basis.
They are golden products because after 30 days and 30% of use u can return the product if not satisfied by the quality and price issue.
Our traditional business model is a physical distribution system. But the Amway business model is an intellectual distribution system.
U have to educate people once about the quality and the way we can order online. But the reward will be permanent, ever and ever, and will be converted into legacy.

4. Where does the money come from? 

Amway money comes from the sales of products.
Amway distributes 60% money of the product to its DISTRIBUTORS.
60% of the money is the ocean of wealth.
This is the fundamental rule of creating income.
The persons who produce the biggest sales through its different sales team will be rewarded in proportion.

There is a commission chart accordingly the company pays the commission on a monthly basis. 
For understanding Amway commission calculation , you must know PV and BV.
PV is point value, and BV is Business Volume.
1 pv = Rs 105, 1 BV = Rs 85, 20% difference is tax for Govt of India .

The first way, You create commission on your and your customer purchases. 
The other way is you create Differential Income on the purchases of your team ie the total volume created by your download ADR/ ADS. 

The 60% money in Amway is distributed as follows :

Whole sale Discount ( 8 % ) is the flat discount on MRP.
Trade Discount (  8% ) Cash directly comes to your account.
Customer Sales Incentive ( CSI ) = 5%, cash directly comes into the Account of ADR or ADS.
CSI INCOME OF EXTRA 5% IS ON THE VOLUME CREATED BY PC ( PREFERRED CUSTOMER).

There are 2 ways to join Amway Business. Both are Free of Cost. First as an ADR ( Amway Direct Seller )
And the other as PC ( Preferred customer ) . Preferred customer is eligible for Whole sale discounts, monthly offers, and Loyalty Points.

PC is not eligible to sponsor people. He can only purchase the product on discounted price from Amway Store or through online.
ADR can purchase product and can sponsor PC only .
The third level is ADS, Amway Direct seller, he can sponsor an ADR and PC both. 

 ADR can become ADS only when he sponsors 1 PC and get Rs 1500 order from that 1 PC. You need 3 pc order for differential income every month.
ADS can make money through its ADR, ADS and PC.
ADS can make differential income on the total volume of its downline ADS and ADR.
For example if you are at 12%, your 3 downlines are at 9%, 6% and 3%. Your differential income from these 3 teams will be 12-9 = 3%, 12 - 6= 6%, and 12 - 3= 9%, 

For more commission calculation clarity, u counsel with your upline leader.

This is Amway commission Table.

200 PV = 20000 ..3%
600 PV = 60000...6%
1200 PV = 1.2 LAKHS...9%
2400 PV = 2.4 LAKHS...12%
4000 PV = 4 LAKHS ...15%
7000 PV = 7 LAKHS   ...18%
10000 PV = 10 LAKHS ...21%.

U have annual foreign trips with your family.
U have yearly incentives in the form of Core plus incentives.

People need Amway product and we have to supply them those product. We as a team become expert in supplying Amway product to the customers with the help of Amway corporation. We have a great opportunity to build people and build our business.
