Communication skill is the key for getting connected with people.

You say something and people listen to you . It means you are a good communicator.

When you listen your name, it gives you pleasure and you are attracted towards that person. 

People want to listen their name. So you should always use their name when you are communicating with  them.

When you ask question, you want to know something. You want to understand that person. You want to know their needs and their aspirations.

Self appreciation is never recognised.

Never boast about yourself. It sends the negative signal about your leadership quality.

Appreciation is the key to get connected with people.

When you appreciate a person genuinely, he feels that you have noticed the right thing. He feels u are a good observer. He starts building hope in your leadership.

Ofcourse, this is a intangible part of getting connected with people. But it is very very powerful.

Empower yourself with knowledge 

Keep updating and upgrading yourself. There is a gap of knowledge, you have to fill the gap before you become successful.

We have to invest time in ourself. We have to listen to videos, audios read books, to empower ourself with knowledge and information.

You may have so many informations, collected from different sources but it will not give u confidence unless you apply those information and get experience. This experience becomes your knowledge. When you have knowledge, u have confidence.

Learn to agree with People : We may have a different opinions, diverse views but we have to create unity on some common platforms. we may have different political views, religious views
