My subject today is 

"ALBS means Amway leadership BUSINESS seminar,"

This is an annual celebration of Amway leadership all over the world.

It is the most significant event, conducted by Amway India. Every year Amway takes you to foreign destinations every year with your wife and with children every four years. Absolutely free.

Amway is a great company that strongly believes in building the vision of its distributor. 

The vision OF the FOUNDER of AMWAY, RICH DEVOS & JAY VAN ANDEL for every distributor was of FREEDOM, FAMILY, HOPE, REWARD ( FFHR ). 

Success comes to those people who have a bigger vision. 

Travel is the most powerful tool for building education and confidence in a person. So it is very important to plan for your ALBS trip with Amway.

Now let us understand how we can qualify for ALS. 

Amway qualification comes in a fiscal year. Your ALS and Core Plus Incentive are calculated in the fiscal year. Rolling year qualification does not help in the qualification of ALS trip and CPI ( CORE PLUS INCENTIVE).

Difference between a rolling year and fiscal year:
ROLLING YEAR ROLLS, depending upon your first-month qualification ie 21% month. If ur first month 21% is march, ur rolling year is march to Feb. If ur first-month qualification is Nov, ur rolling year is Nov to Oct.
But the fiscal year is fixed, ie September to Aug.

If u do 12 ALBS points, in a fiscal year, u qualify for FIRST ALBS.

CALCULATION OF ALBS POINTS :

(GPV = GROUP POINT VALUE) It is the volume of the total point generated by your entire group.

When you have 10000 GPV, u earn 1 ALBS point.
When u have 15000 GPV, u make 1.5 ALBS points.
When u generate 20000 GPV, u make 2 ALBS points.
Similarly, for 25000 GPV, u make 2.5 ALBS points, and likewise, for the higher volume, we generate ALBS points.

There is also another way of point generation, when ur one downline does 10000 group PV, then u have to complete ur 4000 side volume group PV. U earn 1.5 ALBS points. In case if u earn less than 4000 group PV, u make 0 points. U have to plan accordingly.

If u qualify 2 legs and have a side volume of 1250 PV.  U make 2 ALBS points. But if u make less than 1250 group PV, u make 0 points. It is very very dangerous and critical.

U have to be very very alert while planning ur ALBS point. U must teach ur group and must be matured enough to take classes to educate regarding the ALBS points system.

If u have 1 Q leg that is 10000 group PV and side volume of 10000 group PV, u earn 2 ALS points.
Also.
If your 2 legs do Q that is 10000 group PV , and u create a side volume of 4000 group PV, u earn 2.5 ALS points.

I hope u could get the concept of earning ALBS points.

Now let us understand how many points do we require to make ALS trip. ALS points are calculated in a fiscal year ie September to August for 12 months.

For the 1st ALS trip     ..u need 12 points.
For the 2nd ALS trip    ..u need 14 points.
For the 3rd ALS trip     .. u need16 points.
For the 4th ALS trip     ..u need 18 points.
For the 5th ALS trip     ..u need  20 points.

And after the 5th trip, u need to maintain 20 ALS points and 10% volume growth from the previous year for the ALBS trip.

Note: For every Amway family trip with children u need to do 2 points extra respectively for different years.

The definition of family, for ALS Qualification, is husband, wife, and two children below the age of 12 years.

This will be paid trip, for more children or their crossing the age bar, u have to make the payment of the difference.
