There are certain qualities in a person that he or she knows about it and others also know about it. For example your Family, your personal job, your height, your home etc etc

Second Window B, 

There are certain Qualities, you know about yourself but others don't know about it...For example My relatives, my property, my qualification, etc etc 

Third Window C, 

There are certain things, you don't know about yourself but others know about it...For example your weakness, 

Fourth Window D, 

There are certain things, You don't know about yourself and others also don't know...

 These qualities in a person are latent ( hidden to all ).
