Negative thoughts create blockages in mind, The moment u think positive, u start attracting positive things all around you.
All Your blockages gets opened with your positive thinking. 

No, I cant, not possible, avoid these words, Avoid words that are negative , all negatives words out from your vocabulary.  Negative thoughts puts your life in reverse Gear.

Even u get negative feelings or experience,  practice to extract positive from a Negative situations of life, 

We rarely or  never express gratitude . Practice expressing gratitude, make it your habit to be thankful. If you are thankful for every small small things in your life ,  you will get more in your Life. 

Thank you God for showing me one new morning,  show gratitude for small small things.
Repeat Self talk, overcome daily challenges with your positive self talk. 
Don't focus on negative information and feel helpless, 
Surroundings yourself with positive people, training your self talk to be more effective. It takes time , focus to maintain positive self talk.

First Visibility,  Goal must be clear than only it can be achieved. 
More clarity, measurable,  Realistic goal, stretch it, don't sit in comfort zone, it should be time bound..
